How Your Credit Is Applied

You choose how to use your matched credit. Two options:

What counts as valid proof?: We accept screenshots of your credit balance, receipts, invoices, or account statements showing your remaining credits or subscription value. Any reasonable proof works — we're flexible.
How long until my credit is applied?: Once you submit your proof, our team reviews it within 1-2 business days. We'll email you when your credit has been applied to your Truelist account.
Can I use credit for Enhanced Validations instead of subscription credit?: Yes! You choose how to apply your credit. You can use it toward your monthly subscription (up to 50% off each month) or convert it to Enhanced Validation credits for maximum accuracy on your most important lists.
What if I have both unused credits AND remaining subscription time?: We'll match the total value of both. Just include proof of each in your submission.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount?: No minimum. No maximum. We match dollar-for-dollar, plus add 25% bonus in Enhanced Validation credits on top.
Why only 50% off monthly subscription?: We want to build a real relationship with you, not just give away free months. By applying credit at 50% off, you still get significant savings while we ensure you're genuinely using and benefiting from Truelist.

How does the 30-day accuracy guarantee work?: Compare our results against your old provider on the same list. If Truelist doesn't deliver better accuracy within 30 days of switching, email us and we'll refund your first month — no questions asked.
